Refund & Cancellation Policy

Draft — required for Razorpay merchants. Thumbforge has no subscriptions. All payments are pay-as-you-go wallet top-ups: your wallet is only debited when you run a generation, at the exact per-unit price shown at the time.

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credits are applied, and unused wallet balance never expires. Failed generations caused by platform outage may be credited at our discretion.

To request a refund, email refunds@thumbforge.tavyr.com within 7 days of charge with your Razorpay payment ID.
