Terms of Service

Draft. These Terms govern use of Thumbforge operated by Tavyr (entity name and registered address to be updated upon incorporation).

By using Thumbforge you agree to our acceptable use policy, YouTube API Services User Data Policy compliance, and that AI-generated thumbnails are provided as-is. You retain rights to your channel content; you grant us a limited licence to process it for the service.

Subscriptions and pay-as-you-go billing are processed via Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.
